Discover Biograpi Living through the eyes of the first resident!

Developer Company Biograpi Living has emerged with a new vision for the real estate industry. The goal of the company is to create a modern, comfortable living environment in the city's central areas, where new relationships, biographies, and stories will be born.

Even though Biograpi Living has recently appeared on the market, the Sakeni project has already attracted the attention of many people, including Mrs. Tsitsi Nadiradze, who bought a flat in Biograpi Living's first project, Sakeni. Tsitsi is pleased to share her experience and impressions with us.

Biograpi Living - A story brought to life

Biograpi Living creates a place that introduces the stories of its inhabitants into physical space and, at the same time, continues to create and preserve new ones.

The first resident, Tsitsi Nadiradze, is an academic specialist in Georgian language and literature, and now, as a teacher, she is passing on the knowledge she has accumulated over the years and her close connection to all things Georgian to a new generation. Tsitsi says that discovering the connection between traditional Georgian symbols and modern style was particularly valuable to her.

For people like Tsitsi, the concept of the Developer company Biograpi Living is another encounter with national identity and a reminder for those who have forgotten Georgian motifs.

Sakeni as a bridge between home and identity

"I have found my place" is what we say when we find our place of destination. Then we can also say with certainty that we have found ourselves in general. Place and identity are much more closely connected than we may think. After all, what is home but our own personal place?

Our house is not just a building; instead, it is vibrant and dynamic, like a river". Tsitsi was interested in the project, which is known by the very name of the River in Abkhazia - Sakeni. The building is being constructed on Vazha-Pshavela Avenue, just at the place where the Abkhazeti Hotel used to be located. Therefore, Sakeni is a symbol of a continuation of history and keeping the bond with Abkhazia.

Abkhazia, especially Sokhumi, inspired the creation of the unique Sakeni concept. Each ornament in the Sakeni logo has its own symbolic meaning: the waves symbolize the Black Sea and the Sakeni River, the griffin symbolizes the famous statue of the fountain in front of the Sokhumi Drama Theatre, and the hands symbolize friendship, connection and respect.

Tsitsi says she became interested in the project when a representative of Biograpi Living explained its concept thoroughly. It then became clear that Sakeni held a special meaning for her because her mother was from Abkhazia and she associated her cherished childhood memories with her days spent in Abkhazia. This fact created the first emotional connection between Tsitsi and her new flat.

As a former dancer, Tsitsi is distinguished by her creativity and love of innovation. Her character traits echo Biograpi Living's philosophy, which is based on the principles of courage, creativity, and innovation. Like Tsitsi, the symbol of freedom and creativity, the dancing lady, is also one of the elements of the Biograpi Living ornament.

The Sakeni project showcases several types of apartments, and the names of each of them are inspired by Abkhazian rivers and landmarks, including Mokvi, Miussera, Bzipi, Ritsa, and others. Tsitsi bought a one-bedroom apartment on the 8th floor, which belongs to "Kelasuri" type apartments.

An ecosystem, in place of a building

Biograpi Living creates not just a building surrounded by four walls, but an environment, an ecosystem. Rather, the ecosystem is shaped by the inhabitants themselves, their relationships, personal histories, and emotional experiences, and the company takes care of the materialization of this ecosystem.

The courtyard in the residential complex is the best place for rest and relaxation; Sakeni will have a fitness centre, padel court, swimming pool, and spa to promote a healthy lifestyle. The interior space is organized in such a way that the desired service or product is easily accessible to any type of occupant. For this purpose, Biograpi Living has already signed an agreement with representatives of café-restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and banks, who are happy to invest in the project.

Biograpi Connects Us

Biograpi Living's concept is based on the importance of the emotional connection and the vibrant relationship between the house and its inhabitant. Relationships are the central value of the company.

The construction process of "Sakeni" has moved to a new stage - Biograpi Living has placed a capsule in the foundation of the first project "Sakeni"
