Biograpi signed a memorandum with the commercial partners for the SAKENI project. Subsequently, it has already become known that the premium delicatessen store Gastronome hypermarket, Octopus 25-meter swimming pool, and modern fitness center, French restaurant Paul, Italian restaurant "Bistro by Gastronome", Dunkin - American restaurant and healthy food chain SKA will be located in SAKENI complex and will make the daily life of residents more convenient and comfortable. The construction of SAKENI has already started on Vazha-Pshavela Avenue N25.
