Sakeni Construction Works Have Entered an Active Phase

The first large-scale "Biograpi Living" project, "Sakeni", is underway on Vazha Pshavela Avenue. The company's primary objective is to ensure a comfortable living environment for future residents. The multi-purpose residential project, "Sakeni," is being constructed by the esteemed "Anagi" company. With over 35 years of industry experience and a portfolio boasting more than 170 local and international clients, Anagi's track record speaks volumes about its professionalism and reliability.

The foundational beams have been successfully installed in Sakeni, with groundwork preparations progressing swiftly. Concrete has been poured, premium insulation has been installed, and reinforcement efforts are currently underway.

Sakeni's foundation insulation is sourced from the esteemed Swiss brand, Sika, renowned for over 50 years for their SikaProof systems, globally acknowledged for their reliability, experience, quality, and safety in insulation. Thanks to its seamless integration with the concrete slab, devoid of weak points, the SikaProof membrane system ensures comprehensive protection for the building's foundation, safeguarding its structure and maintaining a dry environment in all climatic conditions, thus mitigating water intrusion into the concrete framework.

Financed by the Bank of Georgia, the "Sakeni" project is slated for completion by the close of 2026.
