Old Tbilisi Tour for the Future Residents of "Biograpi Living"
Tour Details and Information
The three-hour Old Tbilisi trip was organised for future residents of Biograpi Living on September 15. To make it more informative and engaging, we chose an experienced and renowned tour guide, Zura Balanchivadze.

The main idea of this trip was to explore the city’s rich history, from its earliest origins to modern times. The tour began at the site where Tbilisi was founded and continued to “Kalaubani”, the city's central neighbourhood during the feudal era, where the street network has been preserved almost unchanged.

The future residents of Biograpi explored Tbilisi's historical streets, yards, balconies, and churches. During the walk, they discovered many stories about the city that they had never heard before. The next stop was Sololaki, a district that reflects the 19th-century Transcaucasian bourgeois society. After visiting Sololaki, the future residents travelled from Freedom Square to Orbeliani, where they admired several historic hotels. The tour concluded at Freedom Square, formerly known as Erivansky Square.

The final stop of the Old Tbilisi tour was a cosy dinner, where future neighbours had the opportunity to get to know each other better and begin shaping their neighbourhood culture in advance.
Biograpi brings stories to life; what we remember lives on within us.
