Matiani Construction

The construction of Matiani, the second large-scale project of the development company, "Biograpi Living," has entered an active phase. The residential complex on Tsereteli Avenue is being built in compliance with modern architectural and engineering practices. This article details the works already completed on the complex's territory and the ongoing construction processes. 

Completed Works

At the moment, the following works have been completed in the Matiani project:

• Transition of the air gas pipe on the territory
• Dismantling of the existing power plant
• Construction fence arrangement for the safe movement of pedestrians
• Installation of security indicators in the internal and external territory
• Laying reinforced slabs at the entrance, where cars are systematically washed to maintain the cleanliness of the asphalt road

Current Works

At this stage of the construction, the work of arranging the perimeter fences is underway. Currently, 149 piles have been concreted, with 72 remaining. Alongside this, land-cutting works are being carried out. 

All types of work are carried out in accordance with construction standards, safety, and environmental protection norms. One of the main construction principles, applied in both Matiani and Sakeni, is a thorough inspection of materials. The materials received on-site undergo laboratory testing to ensure they fully comply with the technical characteristics established by the project.

The 31-storey Matiani residential complex will be completed in 2026, and the apartments will be handed over to future residents in a green frame.
