How to Choose an Apartment According to Floor, View and Sides of Horizon?

Modern cities are becoming saturated with residential complexes over time. If you too want to feel part of modernity and at the same time want to invest in a residential building, we recommend you consider moving to such a modern complex. To choose exactly the right apartment that meets all your requirements, we will offer you a few tips.

We know that choosing an apartment is not an easy process, as buying an apartment is an important investment.

There are three main criteria to consider when choosing an apartment: the view from the window, the horizon side, and the floor. Below we will talk about each of them in more detail, which will undoubtedly help you to make a decision in the future.

View

One way or another, the view from the window plays a particularly important role for each of us, because our mood depends almost directly on what falls into the lens of our eyes every day. Accordingly, when choosing housing, people carefully study the view outside the windows.

Residential complexes such as Sakeni, the first project of BIOGRAPI Living, allow you to choose a variety of views depending on the location. In such a situation, the main criterion is a person's preference - whether he or she wants a view of a noisy and busy city or prefers a relatively quiet landscape.

Horizon side

People choose the side of the horizon depending on several factors. The first of these has to do with sunlight. For example, for some people, an east-facing apartment is particularly comfortable because they enjoy the light of the rising sun. Those who choose the west side prefer the glow of the setting sun, and the so-called "golden hours" often even become part of the interior for them.

North-facing apartments are very comfortable in the summertime. Even when the temperature in the city rises particularly high, north-facing balconies remain the best way for residents to relax and cool down. On the contrary, south-facing apartments are the best option for light lovers.

Floor

The floor often defines the view from the window. As a rule, people prefer high floors, because the higher the apartment is located, the wider and more varied the view from the window. However, since residential apartments in Sakeni start from the 8th floor, not even those who decide to choose an apartment on a lower floor will be dissatisfied with the view from the window.

Which is the most popular choice?

Despite the fact that each type of apartment has its advantages and disadvantages, high-rise apartments in the southeast are the most popular in Georgia. Perhaps this is due to the character of the Georgian people, as most of us are fueled by light and energy.
