Construction Works at Project "Sakeni"

Monolithic works on the "Sakeni" project have already been completed!

Interior and facade works are actively underway across the residential, commercial, and common areas, including:

• Installation of engineering systems

• Sound insulation works

Installation of facades by the German brand Schüco, terracotta cladding by the German brand NBK, and elevators by the Swiss brand Schindler.

Construction works across all projects of Biograpi Living are carried out with continuous quality monitoring and in full compliance with the established timelines.
