Construction Works at Project "Hisni"

Construction works at the “Hisni” project are actively progressing, and the following milestones have already been achieved:

• 80% of the foundation slab has been completed.

• 90% of the waterproofing membrane installation works have been finalized.

• In the Parking Area N2, concreting of the vertical structural elements of Level -2 and the slab of Level -1 has been completed.

• Phase I concreting of the foundation slab for Tower II has been completed.

At this stage, the following works are currently in progress:

• Installation of the vertical structural elements of Level -1 in Parking Area II.

• Phase I concreting of the foundation for Tower I.

In the near future, reinforcement works for the Phase I vertical structural elements are scheduled.

Construction works across all projects of Biograpi Living are carried out with continuous quality monitoring and in full compliance with the established timelines.
