Construction Works on the "Sakeni" Project

Construction work on the "Sakeni" project is actively underway and the following have already been completed:

• Construction of the monolithic frame up to the 22nd floor, including 12 residential floors;

• Completion of the slab works on the 12th floor of the residential block;

• Construction of the monolithic frame and slab for the swimming pool;

• Installation of Schüco glazing profiles in the commercial, office, and parking areas;

• Masonry works in the commercial, office, and parking zones.

Currently, the following works are in progress:

• Installation of vertical structural elements on the 13th floor;

• Glazing of Schüco façade systems in the pedestal section.

• Construction of the pedestal parapet;

• Masonry works on the residential floors.

By the end of August, the following works are scheduled to begin:

• Installation of Schindler elevators;

• Installation of the NBK terracotta cladding substructure on the façade;

• Piping and cabling work for fire safety, water supply, sewage, and electricity systems.
