Construction Works on the "Matiani" Project

Construction work on the "Matiani" project is actively underway!

In the "Matiani" project, the structural construction of the first 8 floors of the main building has been completed, comprising parking, office, and commercial zones.

Additionally, the structural frame of the first residential floor - which is the 9th floor of the building - has also been completed.

Currently in progress:

• Installation of vertical structural elements on the second residential floor;

• Waterproofing works on the perimeter walls.
