Construction Works at Project "Sakeni"

Project “Sakeni” is already in its final stage!

Construction works are actively progressing, and the following has already been completed:

• 90% of the monolithic frame has been completed, with only 3 floors remaining.

• Installation of Schüco curtain wall systems has been completed from floors 1 through 8.

• Installation of 5 elevators by the Swiss brand Schindler.

Currently in progress:

• Installation of aluminum curtain wall systems by the German brand Schüco.

• Glazing of Schüco facade systems on the pedestal level using insulated glass units by the leading French brand Saint-Gobain.

• Thermal insulation of the facade and cladding with NBK Terracotta by the German company NBK.

• Installation of internal partitions on residential floors.

• Electrical wiring works inside the apartments.

• Installation of stair railings.

• Preparatory works for drainage pipe installation along the perimeter.

Across all “Biograpi Living” projects, construction works are carried out with continuous quality monitoring and full adherence to deadlines.
