Construction Works at Project "Matiani"

Construction works for the "Matiani" project are actively underway

24 floors of the monolithic frame have already been completed, which is more than 70% of the total monolithic works.

At this stage, the following works are in progress:

• Assembly and installation of metal railings for the pedestal, parking, and residential floor balconies.

• Ramp construction works.

• Blockwork installation.

Engineering works will begin in the near future.
