Construction Works at Project "Matiani"

Construction works at Project “Matiani” are actively progressing, and the following has already been completed:

• Full concreting of the vertical structural elements of the 9th residential floor and installation of the floor formwork for the 10th floor.

• 90% completion of blockwork and metal framing on the first residential floor.

Currently in progress:

• Reinforcement works for the floor slab of the 10th residential floor of the main building.

• Blockwork and framing works on 5 residential floors.

Architectural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) works will commence in the near future.

Across all “Biograpi Living” projects, construction works are carried out with continuous quality monitoring and full adherence to deadlines.
