Construction Works at Project "Chantan"

Construction works at Project “Chantan” are actively progressing, and the following has already been completed:

• Installation of the elevator shaft pit

• Installation of the tower crane

• Monolithic reinforced concrete works for the -2 and -1 parking levels

• Construction works connecting parking areas with vehicle ramps and pedestrian staircases

Currently in progress:

• Reinforced concrete foundation works for Block A

• Waterproofing works for Block A

• Backfilling works for Block B

• Reinforced concrete works on the first residential floor of Block B

Planned in the near future:

• Fit-out works for the commercial spaces in Block A

• Construction of the second residential floor

• Completion of waterproofing and soil backfilling works
