Construction work at Sakeni continues actively

At this stage, the following has been completed:

• 95% of the foundation insulation work Foundation construction work

• Construction of the underground parking level

• Construction of the commercial level

• Construction of the first and second above-ground open parking levels

The construction of the third parking level is underway. A total of 18,700 sq.m has been built, which is 25% of the total volume.

Monolithic reinforced concrete work uses formwork systems produced by DOKA, which allows us to achieve improved concrete quality, maintain a high construction pace, and ensure additional safety during the work.

All types of work are carried out in accordance with construction standards, safety regulations, and environmental protection norms. All materials received on-site undergo laboratory testing.
