‘Biograpi Living’ Turns Two

The real estate development company ‘Biograpi Living' recently celebrated its second anniversary. Like last year, the celebration took place at Rustaveli Theatre, where the company first introduced itself to the public two years ago. The venue is part of the tradition - the company marked its first birthday on that same stage.

Staying true to its identity, Biograpi Living continues to turn seemingly abstract ideas into tangible, real-life projects, reflecting a deep respect for tradition. For us, tradition isn’t just a slogan. We make it a working value, rooted in the connection between past and present, which shows up both in brand philosophy and the everyday reality we build.

The Gori Women’s and Children’s Choir enriched the event, and fresh flowers and natural stones decorated the buffet tables, creating an ambiance that echoes the company’s residential vision: a daily life that feels peaceful, aesthetically pleasant, and truly fascinating.

Guests included current partners and future residents. That mix wasn’t by chance. From day one, Biograpi Living has emphasized transparency in construction. We invite future homeowners to become active observers of the process. But that’s just part of it. We also try to connect future neighbors with each other early on, laying the groundwork for a culture of trust and community.

Looking Back at the Past Year

The event opened with a recap of the past year. Vasil Pkhakadze, the company's director, shared key numbers. The combined investment value of Biograpi Living’s four ongoing projects, ‘Sakeni’, ‘Matiani’, 'Chantan', and 'Hisni', has reached $400 million. As of May 2025, 72% of the units have already been sold. That success says a lot about the trust customers place in the brand and how much they appreciate the company’s distinct urban concept.

Introducing Five New Projects

The biggest moment of the evening came with the announcement of five new developments. Each one is located in a different historic or central neighborhood of Tbilisi:

  • Bare (Avlabari, 3 Lomaura Street)

  • Daira: (Ortachala, 73 Gorgasali Street)

  • Libretto: (Vake, 11 Paliashvili Street)

  • Mozaika: (Saburtalo, 10 Gazapkhuli Street)

  • Gardani: (Gldani, 6 Aleksi Gobronidze Street)

Each new project has its own story, rooted in the social and cultural identity of its location. Like previous developments, all five follow Biograpi Living’s core idea: the 15-minute city, which implies that everything residents need, such as gyms, pools, padel courts, coworking spaces, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, and supermarkets, is within a short walk, all in one ecosystem.

Biograpi Living remains focused on bringing new life to the urban fabric of Tbilisi. We aim to raise the standard of what’s expected from residential construction in Georgia. Each of our complexes is designed for the premium market and built using top-grade materials, sourced both locally and from Europe. Every building meets the highest safety, thermal insulation, and acoustic standards.

Looking Forward

As Biograpi Living steps into its third year, its direction is clear. The company plans to stay on the path it started two years ago. That means more growth, more thoughtfully developed spaces, and an ongoing commitment to the values that shaped it.

And yes, May 15 of next year, you’ll find us back where it all began: at Rustaveli Theatre.
