"Biograpi Living" Turns 3
"Biograpi Living" celebrated its birthday in May with a festive event.
To mark three years since the founding idea and the results achieved through that idea, representatives of "Biograpi Living," future residents, and partners gathered at the Kakhidze Music Center.
The anniversary evening was accompanied by film music performed by the Tbilisi Symphony Orchestra. Under the baton of Maestro Vakhtang Kakhidze, legendary compositions from Star Wars, The Godfather, Schindler's List, and others were brought to life.
The mood of the evening was defined by film music, and this was no coincidence. We believe that just as music brings a scene to life, every urban, architectural, and design decision helps transform a living space into a home. "Biograpi Living" has been working since its founding to build a residential environment that creates all the conditions for enriching residents' everyday lives.
Year in Review
Part of the event was dedicated to a recap of the past year. Guests were reminded once again of the three years "Biograpi Living" has come through, and the eight residential projects currently in active construction, with a combined investment value of $700 million as of today.
Future Vision
The most significant part of the anniversary evening was devoted to future plans.
"Biograpi Living" presented five new projects to be built in central and historic neighborhoods of Tbilisi:
"Bohema" - Ortachala, 69 V. Gorgasali St.
"Libretto" - Vake, 11 Z. Paliashvili St.
"Kamara" - Vashlijvari, 36 Sarajishvili St.
"Hisni II" - Isani, 69 Ketevan Dedopali St.
"1824" - Chugureti, 89 D. Uznadze St.
As with their predecessors, the identity of each new project is deeply rooted in the memory of its location and the character of its neighborhood. All five new projects will also continue the 15-minute city concept, with the goal of making the residential environment entirely human-centered.
It was also announced that in the near future, residents will gain access to the Biograpi Living App, a unified digital platform bringing together various services and processes. Biograpi Living Maintenance will handle the upkeep of residential spaces, while Biograpi Living Brokerage will assist residents with selling and renting apartments.
And so, "Biograpi Living" officially began its fourth year. The development company continues to grow, evolve, and care for its future residents.
