Matiani - Biograpi Living's Energy-Efficient Project
Matiani stands as the second large-scale endeavour of the development company "Biograpi Living". The construction of this 31-storey complex on Tsereteli Avenue is already underway, poised to play a pivotal role in revitalising the area while preserving its historical significance.
How Does Biograpi Living Ensure Energy Efficiency in the Project?
Biograpi Living's mission is to enhance future residents' daily lives. To achieve this, the company prioritises Matiani's energy efficiency, ensuring comfortable living conditions for its inhabitants.
During the construction process, Biograpi Living employs the use of top-quality materials and modern architectural practices, mirroring the approach taken in their inaugural project, Cell. At Matiani, thermal insulation conducted according to contemporary standards promises reduced utility costs. Additionally, sound insulation systems integrated into the project contribute to a serene and tranquil living environment.
Materials Utilized in the Project's Construction
Apart from thermal and sound insulation systems, Matiani's energy efficiency is bolstered by utilising premium-quality construction materials. The commercial part of the residential complex will feature a facade adorned with Italian terracotta. At the same time, balconies in the upper living spaces will showcase aluminium composite material, lending the building a distinctive visual appeal.
Both facade materials offer distinct advantages: terracotta is resilient against temperature fluctuations and ultraviolet radiation, maintaining its original appearance for many years. On the other hand, aluminium composite material exhibits exceptional durability against external elements, absorbing vibrations and retaining its aesthetic appeal over an extended period, akin to terracotta.
The construction of Matiani is slated for completion in 2026, with apartments to be handed over to future residents in a green frame format.
