How to Choose an Apartment in Matiani?

Matiani, the second major complex of the development Company, "Biograpi Living", is under construction on Tsereteli Avenue. Following the success of the first project, Sakeni, Matiani has quickly garnered significant interest. To aid prospective buyers, we've compiled a guide to simplify the apartment selection process in Matiani.

What Should You Consider When Choosing an Apartment?

There are several factors to consider when searching for the ideal apartment. We've structured these criteria to streamline your decision-making process and assist in sorting out responsibilities. Additionally, we'll help you prioritise your preferences, making your choice easier.

Project Area and Infrastructure

Consider the apartment's area and the project's infrastructure as top priorities. Matiani apartments range from 63 sq.m. to 117 sq.m. internally, with one-bedroom apartments averaging 63 sq.m., two-bedroom apartments ranging from 99 to 113 sq.m., and three-bedroom apartments totalling 117 sq.m.

The layout and design of the apartment are equally important. Assess how well the layout aligns with your lifestyle and envision your ideal furniture arrangement and space distribution.

View

The view from your apartment is crucial for your overall comfort and enjoyment. Look for a view that resonates with you and enhances your living experience.

Lighting

Natural lighting can significantly impact the ambience of your home. Matiani's one-bedroom apartments are oriented towards the south and east, ensuring ample natural light for a bright and inviting living space.

Purpose

Determine the intended use of the apartment. Consider practical aspects, such as balcony size, based on your preferences and lifestyle habits.

Floor

Consider your comfort level regarding floor height and any convenience factors, such as living upstairs or downstairs. Remember that floors 7-15 are typically the most sought-after for investment purposes.
