The construction of the “Hisni” project has entered an active phase

Symbolic Capsule Placed
Construction of “Hisni,” one of Biograpi Living’s largest development projects, has entered an active phase, and a symbolic capsule has been placed in the foundation of the complex, representing the project’s durability and strength.
The multifunctional residential complex "Hisni" is being built at 69 Queen Ketevan Avenue and will include both residential and commercial spaces. The complex consists of four towers, with construction of the first two towers scheduled for completion in September 2028. The total investment in the project amounts to 241 million USD, of which 100.5 million USD is financed by the Bank of Georgia.

“Today is a very important day for us. We have placed a capsule in the foundation of our largest and most multifaceted residential complex, "Hisni", symbolizing a strong and stable foundation. From the very beginning, we announced that "Biograpi Living" would create modern, high-quality, innovation-driven projects, and we believe that "Hisni" will become one of the most distinctive developments in Tbilisi. The construction of "Hisni" is being carried out by the "Element Construction" team, which performs all works in full compliance with international standards and safety regulations.” - said Vasil Pkhakadze, CEO of "Biograpi Living".
