Construction work on "Chantan", the third project of "Biographer Living", is actively underway.

◾ The ground has been prepared for the construction of the high-rise building.

◾ Dismantling work has been completed.

◾ Foundation filling has been completed in the lower part of the building. Plans are in place to install a machine ramp for the -2nd floor and to concrete the perimeter walls of the -1st floor.

◾ Construction is progressing in accordance with building codes and regulations, and laboratory testing is being conducted on all materials delivered to the site.
