Apartment Sales Begin at Biograpi Living's Hisni Residential Project

Apartment pre-sales are beginning at Hisni, Biograpi Living's residential project located in Isani at 69 Queen Ketevan Avenue, opposite Isani metro station. During the pre-sale stage, for just 3 days – November 5, 6 and 7 – customers will be able to take advantage of exclusive special terms on a limited number of apartments and purchase the apartment of their choice at the best price. The project also offers flexible payment terms: an apartment can be purchased with no down payment, from just $465 per month.

Hisni is the company's largest-scale project, bringing together modern architecture, multifunctional infrastructure and an entirely new standard of living. The total investment in the project amounts to USD 130 million, and it is being implemented with the financial support of Bank of Georgia.

Consisting of four 36-story towers, Hisni includes residential, office, commercial and parking spaces. The multifunctional project also brings together a 40,000-square-meter shopping center, an 8,000-square-meter recreational area, a 25-meter swimming pool, a padel court, basketball and football pitches, a modern fitness center, and cafés and restaurants.

“I am proud to note that, within 3 years, Biograpi Living is already implementing 10 projects. The largest of them is Hisni, where we are now launching apartment pre-sales. In the first and second towers, 95% of the apartments have already been sold, which confirms strong public trust and interest in the project. Accordingly, the pre-sale stage is the best opportunity for those who want to become part of this distinctive complex and purchase an apartment on the most favorable terms,” says Vasil Pkhakadze, CEO of Biograpi Living.

“For Bank of Georgia, it is important to support development projects that contribute to creating a modern living environment and to the city's urban development. With its scale and multifunctional concept, Hisni is a great example of this. We are pleased to continue our long-standing cooperation with Biograpi Living and to take part together in delivering this large-scale project,” said Erekle Vashakmadze, Deputy Director of the Corporate Client Services Department at Bank of Georgia.

Biograpi Living aims to renew the urban environment and create modern living standards in the development market. All of the company's projects are developed according to the 15-minute city concept, which allows residents to access the essential services they need for everyday life within walking distance of their homes. Sales of Biograpi Living's projects under construction exceed 75%, reflecting growing interest and trust in the company's projects.
